If you register more models that is the capacity of form, continue by filling out the next registration
If you register model in non-standard scale (for example 1/400) choose the file "Other scale" and write your scale here " in format "1/400" or "50mm" etc.
If you register a model to competition to special award, write the name of special award into the file: Note / Special award
If you make a mistake in the registration or want to change something, do not send a new registration but contact us by email at: kpm.sumperk@seznam.cz
Please do not forget to choose category for each model
